What payment method can I use to pay my order?

We use Padde.com as our payment gateway, you can use credit card and PayPal to pay your order.

I've just paid for my subscription, but it's still in "Pending" status. Why?

Usually your payment will be processed in a few seconds. Sometimes it may need a little longer. You will gain access once the payment finishes. If you think it takes too long, please feel free to contact us.

I've subscribed to two pans by mistake, what should I do?

If you've mistakenly subscribed to more than one plan, please contact us, we will cancel the wrong plan and refund the amount charged for the plan you've subscribed wrongly.

Such request must be submitted within 30 days from the payment.

My subscription auto renewal failed. What will happen to my account?

If the subscription renewal fails, your trackings updating and reports sending will be suspended and your account will be temporarily limited to minimum resources, access will be resumed once payment succeeds.

Do you offer discount for yearly plan?

Yes, you can take advantage of the 5% discount for the semi-annual plan and 10% discount for the yearly plan.

Will my payment be secure?

Yes, your payment and order is 100% secure.

Your billing information will not be stored by us, All the information is stored and processed by our payment partner, Paddle. It's done via industry standard SSL encryption.
